Southeastern Physical Therapy and Taylor Diagnostics are first businesses to relocate in new Gateway at SoNo Building.



The excitement was palpable at the Gateway at SoNo's grand opening in late July and continues as potential shop owners and office managers consider moving or expanding to this exciting location at the border of Norfolk, but still in Chesapeake's re-emerging South Norfolk historic district. With third floor loft apartments for sale, the Gateway at SoNo is projected to be the up and coming place to be for young professionals and dynamic retirees alike. This building is just the first of eight for the complex.


Southeastern Physical Therapy's Clinic Director, Paul Hutchings, DPT and Jenny Ailstock, Director of Marketing. The practice is located on the second floor of the brand new colorful building. They have a balcony right off the front of their office, overlooking the main retail entrance on the first floor. The third floor is home to loft apartments, beginning in the $160,000s!

Jeff Hartline of Southeastern Physical Therapy with Caroline Taylor, owner of Taylor Made Diagnostics. Both businesses have opened on the second floor of The Gateway at SoNo complex.

Southeastern Physical Therapy's Clinic Director, Paul Hutchings and Adam Amick, son of Kevin and Tammi Amick. Kevin is the president of the South Norfolk Civic League. All of the Amicks, including Adam, are active in supporting their community.
